Job description:
- Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.
- Perform daily operation and management on virtual machines.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other IT related problems
- Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring company applications.
- Implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, and controllers.
- Performing IT project coordination.
- Developing program or plugin for system monitoring or integration when necessary.
- Support to provide information for hardware and software selection
Requirements:
- Understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
- Familiar with Linux/Windows server operation.
- Experience on JAVA/Python/VBA/Shell Scripting programming.
- Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
- Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization.
- A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team
- Familiar with operation process in Singapore large data center.
- Candidate with CCNP/MCSE is preferable.
