About the position
As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Session Border Controller (SBC) systems for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of VoIP technologies, security protocols, and network management to ensure the optimal performance and security of our clients' communication systems.

Key reponsibilities:
Session Border Controllers (SBC):
- Install, configure, and maintain SBCs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SBC issues.
MS Teams:
- Set up, integrate, and manage MS Teams.
- Provide user support and troubleshooting.
Zoom:
- Configure and optimize Zoom accounts and meetings.
- Assist clients with Zoom-related issues.
Contact Center:
- Manage and integrate contact center systems.
- Generate and analyze performance reports.
Technical Reporting:
- Prepare and communicate technical reports in English.
- Minimum of 4 years in a similar field engineering role.
- Focus on SBCs, MS Teams, Zoom, and contact center technologies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Up to 5000 SGD
