THE CONTEXT _________
As the Senior Marketing Executive, and reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing effective marketing plans to promote and drive sales of our luxury Niche fragrance products across APAC Domestic Markets and Travel Retail.
The ideal candidate is a well-rounded marketing professional with experience in the beauty industry. He/She will support the Marketing Manager on the full spectrum of omnichannel operational brand marketing activations both in domestic and TR and working closely with Headquarters to contribute to the successful execution of brand-led initiatives.

YOUR MISSION _________
VM Excellence:
- Be the regional project leader with Markets and HQ for all Visual Merchandising topics, Planograms implementation, VM plans for Boutique openings.
- Ensure that needs of the markets are perfectly captured, consolidated, and integrated in the global brand toolkits.
- Ensure all OCD are respected by Markets and that novelties highlighted are properly implemented on time (in-store maximization, in-store iconography)
SEA LEAD: 360 Trade/PR Management:
- Responsible for SEA market campaign planning - collaborate with markets and headquarters to plan and execute omni channel commercial and activation for launches/mega campaign.
- Consolidate, review and challenge market trade plans, monitoring results, providing key learning and recommendations.
- Responsible for the 360-degree management of trade activation and campaigns, track and analyze event ROI and share learning with commercial team.
- Ensure all Markets’ needs are fulfilled to make the most out of each launch, providing them with tailor-made trade tools and guidelines.
- Ensure smooth roll-out of activities, through effective communications between HQ and the Markets.
- Drives in-store events and counter activations, and coordinate with distributor markets to execute with excellence + supporting in facilitating corporate and brand events/ workshops.
- Work closely with Headquarters to develop PR & Influencer strategies and develop impactful media campaigns to deliver omnichannel O2O consumer experience.
- Consolidate PR outreach for all campaigns + Paid Media via Lefty / Radarly Platforms
Operational/Regional Communication:
- Be the interface between global marketing and markets to ensure promotional support (gift sets, gifts with purchase, products with purchase) are aligned with market needs.
- In charge of sending the weekly newsletter to Markets after consolidation with all regional parties.
- In charge of preparing the monthly newsletter to HQ.
- Competitor Activity Tracking / Price & Promotion monitoring on offline/online platforms.
- Any other ad-hoc report preparation.
