The Distribution Intern plays a pivotal role in supporting the distribution deals workflow, ensuring seamless operations and robust customer support. You will assist in maintaining and enhancing CNBC’s clip licensing revenue stream, collaborating closely with the Business-to-Business (B2B) & Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Manager, EMEA, and the broader CNBC International Commercial team to drive CNBC’s APAC B2B & DTC business.
our responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Provide input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature
- Support CNBC’s B2B & DTC revenue in identifying and executing opportunities to grow CNBC’s distribution to key B2B clients, primarily financial institutions, hotels and telcos
- Research prospective partners and industry news impacting partners
- Updating presentation decks with case studies and updates
- Provide administrative support to both EMEA & APAC teams, such as maintaining sales records, recording subscriber reports, reporting music royalties, etc
- Evaluate digital opportunities to add to NBCUniversal’s capabilities
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the Commercial team and provide ad hoc support on joint Business Development & Distribution projects
