Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager/ Business Partner to join our employment agency in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve company goals.
This is a commission-based role where the company will share some clients with you, assist you in gaining new clients, and provide all necessary support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Work closely with the recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Provide after-sales follow-up including mediation between the candidate and employer when required.
Job Requirements:
- CEI certification is an advantage.
- Ability to perform cold calling or walk-in visits to clients would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the recruitment or HR industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good teamwork in order to collaborate with colleagues.
- Results-driven and customer-focused.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
