The role involves developing and maintaining security policies, managing vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, and providing expert advice on security architecture. Additionally, the engineer will deliver security training, stay updated on emerging threats, assist in incident response planning, and prepare detailed management reports on security risks, mitigation strategies, and compliance status.
Ideal Candidate: 4 + years of experience in information security, focusing on risk assessment, SDLC, system security acceptance testing, and security-by-design. Hold professional certifications like CISSP, CISM and have in-depth knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and relevant cybersecurity regulations.
