Business Analyst - SY

The Onshore IT System/Business Analysts proposed by the Contractor shall have at least 10 years of IT experience and the following skill sets:

1. Good planning and communication skills;
   1. Performing requirement gathering, requirement analysis, business process mapping, design thinking, prepare requirement specifications, flow charts, logical diagrams, process improvements;
   2. In cloud technologies like GCC Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform etc with certifications (preferred GCC Azure);
   3. Knowledge in the land transport domain;
   4. Familiar with local public sector projects and government policies and processes such as IM8, cybersecurity, data security;
   5. Experienced in projects utilizing Agile, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies; and
   6. Application security and best practices in application development standards and methodologies.
