You'll bridge the gap between our internal team and the vendor's engineers, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
What you'll do:
- Guide the vendor's products through the necessary procedures for successful integration.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external teams (technical and non-technical).
- Understand and explain complex technical information precisely, even without in-depth engineering expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of IT contact between our company and various products for all technical and compliance-related matters.
- Communicate effectively with the vendor’s engineers to gather necessary technical information and address any queries they may have.
- Examine and analyse existing products from other vendors for reference to understand compliance standards and requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance during necessary lab tests and ensure successful completion of all necessary compliance checks.
- Document and report all technical and compliance activities, maintaining accurate records for reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and functionality of the products in the local market.
Qualifications:
· Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Networking, or a relevant technical field.
- Background in IT support, technical coordination, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation and requirements.
- Being comfortable deciphering technical manuals and specifications related to our products or new products
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
