Japanese Speaking Post-Merger Integration Executive [Up to $7,000]

Responsibilities:
The PMI Manager will be responsible for overseeing the post-merger integration of the newly acquired company into our client's existing operations. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth transition, maintaining business continuity, and realizing the strategic objectives of the acquisition.

Integration Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive PMI plan.
  • Define integration objectives, milestones, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on integration goals.

Operational Integration:

  • Coordinate the integration of business processes, systems, and infrastructure.
  • Identify and manage operational synergies and efficiencies.
  • Oversee the alignment of corporate cultures and communication strategies.
  • Coming up with internal regulation considering the situation of the acquired company.

Financial Integration:

  • Ensure accurate and timely consolidation of financial data.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance during the integration period.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with the integration.
  • Adopting the financial report to the international standard.

Human Resources Integration:

  • Manage the integration of human resources, including organizational structure, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Oversee employee communication, engagement, and change management initiatives.
  • Address and resolve any HR-related issues that arise during the integration process.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on integration progress and risks to senior management.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure integration success.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Adjust integration plans as needed based on performance data and feedback.

Reporting:

  • Have a close communication with the Japan HQ and submit monthly report for each report.

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.


Requirements:

  • 5 - 6 years of experience in Governance role inside a Management company or Accounting firm
  • Business level proficiency in Japanese in order to communicate with HQ in Japan
  • Willing to go business trip (ASEAN region)

[Advantage]

  • Experience in HR, Admin, Logistics function
  • Relevant experience in the Construction industry
