Our client, within the technology space, valued at over $3.5 billion is seeking for a Technical Accounting Manager to join their team due to internal manpower movements.
The role revolves around the curation of modules on accounting principles and implementations. It requires the incumbent to be well versed in IFRS knowledge, notably IFRS 15 (Revenue from Contracts with Clients) and IFRS 16 (Leases), possessing the capability of handling relevant stakeholders across different levels and function independently. The role also includes translating complex financial concepts into layman terms and concepts for trainees and staffs and stay abreast of any IFRS updates.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in related field with at least 3 years in technical accounting
- High proficiency in IFRS is essential
- Good command of the English language (written and spoken) and Bahasa to communicate with overseas associate
- Prior working experience in technology firm is a slight advantage
- Meticulous and detail- oriented with the ability to balance relevant stakeholders at various levels and function as an individual contributor
- Well versed in Microsoft Office applications namely Powerpoint, Word and Excel
