Responsibilities:
- Administration Duty , Floor/ Office equipment maintenance
- Meeting scheduling and arrangement
- Cooperate within department/inter company
- Planning & Organizing department activities
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Business Administration/Management, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience direct and or related experience in secretary role.
- Be able to adapt to new environment rapidly and work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Possess a service-oriented personality.
- Exposure to high volume manufacturing environment preferred.
