RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Services
• Friendly, prompt and efficient customer service. Respond to customer enquiries and complaints.
• Upsell on Promotions and Specials.
• Process all Point of Sale (POS) transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
Operations
• Manage inventory and pricing to achieve targeted sales.
• Estimate and order supplies / products required for smooth operation.
• Receive deliveries and check inventory, including daily counts of products.
• Work on creative store layout and product displays.
• Perform daily closing (Including cash counts) and generate related documents and reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene and safety control standards.
• General housekeeping in the outlet; clean and sanitize work area (including display shelves and counters, tables, floor, walls, freezer, etc.).
Others
• Supervise and organize the activities of the employees working at the outlet, providing guidance and support in their daily work, and ensuring daily operations is timely, organized and efficient.
• Other duties as assigned by the Management.
REQUIREMENTS
• At least GCE ‘O’ level / higher NITEC with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates with lesser experience but possess a WSQ Diploma in Retail Management are welcome to apply.
• Service-oriented and hands-on person.
• Must be prepared to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and coordination skills, and demonstrated ability to work as a team in a professional manner.
