Job Description:
- Handle office administration and provide operational support
- Timely planning and ordering office supplies (stationeries, pantry items, and sundries)
- Liaison and scheduling with suppliers/vendors/contractors on all matters relating to building and facilities
- Manage and coordinate with office and lab cleaners
- Partial assistance in HR responsibilities
- Other ad hoc work as and when required
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Preferably with 2 years’ experience in office management and administrative role
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Independent, meticulous and discreet
