Job Objectives
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) Global Markets IT division in Singapore is looking for an experienced business analyst to join its derivatives development team to support the applications used by the bank’s treasury division, as well as initiatives in Data Centre/Application Migration
Key Responsibilities
· Plan and Execute technical, infrastructure, sever provisioning, system interface setup and environment setup in SIT, UAT and Production implementation.
· Raise requests, Coordinate and Track delivery by internal teams in Infrastructures/Server, Security, Computer Operation and System application teams
· Prior exposure and experience to monitoring tools, Geneos and BMC.
· Support implementation of Neoxam Datahub and FIS Apex Collateral (Product rebranded to Securities Finance Trading and Collateral Platform)
· Support Projects to embark on the major software upgrade for FIS Apex Collateral System to Rel 22.x. and Neoxam Datahub Product Upgrade.
· Provide supplement support to application teams to setup Deployment and Releases with DevOps solutions using Jenkins, Bitbucket and Aldon.
· Work with internal Change Control Management for deployment of changes.
· Work with internal infrastructure and security teams on implementations.
· Prepare and track the outstanding issue list and communicate to key stakeholders.
Key Requirements
· More than 6 years working experience, with at least 2 years of Technical Implementation /development/business analysis and projects/changes implementation experience in the financial industry, direct exposure treasury business and technical implementation is preferred.
· Strong in Technical skills. With technical background and 2 cycles of experience on SDLC full project life cycles.
· Technical interface connectivity setup on Connect Direct and SFTP
· Technical skills required are Windows, SQL Server, MQ, Linux, Unix, Java, SFTP/ Connect Direct (CD) and Batch scripting
· Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
· Willingness to learn and keep an open mind for any new systems come along
· Preference given to candidates with Capital Markets, Collateral management and vendorbased software implementation and system solutions delivery in a banking environment.
Preferred Requirements:
· Some domain knowledge of Collateral management, Treasury products, Back-office processes, Trade Reconciliation, Risk and Regulatory Reporting.
· Experience in Migrating applications from one platform to another.
· Experience in Murex, FIS Apex Collateral system are added advantages
· Windows, Java and Windows / Unix Batch Scripting
· Technical understanding of DB Optimization, Java, Messaging Queue, SQL query, SWIFT MT, SFTP, Connect Direct, BMC monitoring tools and Aldon.
· Understanding of Enterprise systems in Banking IT, job scheduling tools such as ControlM, DevOps, Aldon, NetBackup or Autosys
· Positive, Fast Learner and take initiatives to proactively manage and track Projects, CRs, Production Fixes and New requests.
