- Provide administrative support to the on-site residential operations team
- Attend to tenants’ enquiries/feedback/complaints and requests for repairs, and put up recommendation.
- Ensure that all requests are properly recorded and timely follow-up is carried out.
- Respond promptly to tenants and maintain good relationships with tenants at all times.
- Prepare handover kits (keys, accessories, inventory lists, etc), and handle all pre-handover inspections.
- Assist with checking of apartments thoroughly to ensure all defects are captured and make recommendation for rectification.
- Manage the apartments’ inventory lists.
- Liaise with contractors
,and service providers to ensurethatall tenancy works are completed in a timely fashion at the specified standards. - Attend and conduct all check-in sessions in a professional manner.
- Assist to facilitate the Tenants’ moving in and out of the apartments.
- Provide any other admin support
Requirements
· Minimum GCE O level qualification
· Good verbal and written communication in English
· Excellent customer handling and interpersonal skills
· Self-driven with a customer-oriented mindset
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Working Hours: 9am-5pm
Work Days: Monday - Friday
