Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to, manage and oversee reporting of incidents
- Oversee and manage daily security operations at the workplace
- Manage the conduct, administration, training, and compliance requirements of security personnel
- Train and roster personnel at the workplace, ensuring only qualified and capable staff are operating onsite
- Uphold the discipline of the guard force, ensuring performance is managed and breaches are reported to the client
- Conduct regular inventory audits of client and client's Customers issued security equipment and items related to security
- Identify and report gaps and shortfalls in the client’s security design or concept to the client's security management team
- In conjunction with client security management, assist with hiring and selecting new security staff
- Act with the utmost integrity at all times, in compliance with all relevant laws, policies, and guidelines
- Develop site-specific security operating procedures (SOPs).
- Any other duty assigned from time to time
