Responsibilities
At DSC Service Logistics, it is about getting the right parts to the right place at the right time, to keep your operations running smoothly so you never let your customers down. This APAC role maintains SL network service performance based on the Service Logistics standards.
1. Network Performance and Improvement:
- Data analysis to clarify KPI underperformances and aid in program management (Root cause analysis and Improvements).
- Leverage regional resources to support KPI program management, e.g., IT team.
- Lead KPI reporting in global forums, BRM, and APAC SMT.
- Review service performance against the SLA and follow up on corrective actions (GNO KPI).
- Work across functions in the regional team to ensure alignment of network performance across accounts.
- Drive network improvement initiatives and conduct network optimization studies.
- Analyse and implement customer improvement projects, managing and implementing corrective action plans as required.
2. System & Data Management
- Conduct SLDP (Data Platform) CCQ and Warehouse CCQ reviews in O2D to ensure compliance with customer contracts, OSM KPI standards, and PBR CCQ guide.
- Oversee BAU updates on PBR and SPCDB configurations, ensuring they are compliant and accurate.
- Advocate for prompt BAU changes to SLDP and SPC, ensuring configurations are always up-to-date.
- Oversee all BAU changes on PBR and SPCDB, ensuring configuration correctness and compliance with all standards and requirements.
3. Communications:
- Create and promote awareness of the SL standard across the network.
- Lead SL communication across the network (regional and countries) and with customers, including sharing success stories and other relevant information.
- Facilitate monthly APAC Performance Community forum and contribute in the monthly Global Performance Council forum.
4. Change Management:
- Execute effective change management by informing changes in the process and ensuring end-to-end implementation.
- Oversee the successful completion of new initiatives, solutions, and services.
- Use the CAPA process to drive corrective actions to improve performance.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, ideally you would have experience working in a matrix MNC organization structure and across different countries in APAC, interest in logistics industry and is data-savvy.
- 5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain / Logistics industry
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering/Business or related field
- Independently performs assignments to achieve stated objective.
- Excellent Project Management Skills
- Ability to execute change management
- Excellent understanding of the principles of supply chain management
- Knows how to work with cross country and cross cultural ad hoc teams (i.e. working with APAC countries)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skill
- Knowledge in relevant tools such as PowerBI, Python, etc.
