We are looking for an energetic and self-starting Operations Assistant to join our team. The role involves collaborating with team members, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Prior administrative, retail experience and knowledge of our product offerings are preferred.
Tasks and duties
Support the Operations Executive with data entry, training, scheduling, and related tasks.
Schedule appointments, organize files, and distribute mail.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and complaints promptly.
Maintain and file forms, documents, and logs.
Source and order office/operational supplies as needed.
Analyze operations and suggest improvements to the Manager.
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Maintain records of business activities, including financial records and inventory.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and projects.
Conduct research, analyze data, and present findings to management.
