Job description:
- Implementation of a system consisting of hardware and software at the customer's site
- Setting up a test environment
- Train your customers on how to use it during implementation
- Post-installation maintenance
- Responding to equipment errors/failures that occur after installation.

Requirements
- Information Technology Degree Holders
- Experience or knowledge of setting up and maintaining servers, network environments, security environments, etc. (Knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, or SQL Server is required)
- Experience in implementing hardware and software, such as installing and maintaining bank ATMs and POS, is a advantage.
- Ability to obtain casino licenses from regulatory authorities in each country, including Singapore, to provide technical services to customers.
- Ability to accommodate flexible working hours.
- Possess communication skills within the group (Japan, Macau, Australia, Philippines, USA) and with customers and regulators.
- Those who are able to travel overseas
- Be flexible and open to learning.
