- Manage the sales cycle and bring on-board new customers
- Manage and grow allocated existing accounts
- Working with Pre-Sales, Project and Post sales team to craft winning technical and commercial proposal for Tenders and Projects submission
- Manage and mitigate the risks in tenders and contracts
- Update of opportunities and projects implementation progress and provide routine updates to Management
- Build and maintain professional networks with vendors
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
Requirements
- Preferably a Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Engineering / IT
- At least 3- 5 years of relevant job experience in similar fields
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple complex projects
- Strong leadership, managerial and interpersonal skills
- Advance analytical and problem solving abilities
- Good customer management and communication skills
- Good collaboration skills
- Outspoken and people orientated
