An exclusive Japanese Fine-Dining restaurant located near Bugis MRT is looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
1. Overall in-charge daily operations and ensure high service quality.
2. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
3. Engage with guests, understanding their preferences and feedback, to continually improve the dining experience.
4. Collaborate with the chef and team to organise special events, promotions.
5. Provide staff training and performance evaluations.
6. Ensure compliance with safety and food hygiene standards.
Remuneration:
1. Starting salary: $5,000 - $6,000 (depending on relevant experience)

Requirements
1. Possess Fine Dining background
2. Min 2 years’ experience in Restaurant Management
3. Experience and knowledge in Wine and Sake
4. Able to perform Shift work; including weekends and public holidays
