- Responsible on the overall planning, deployment and scheduling, coordination and supervision of department.
- Ensure overall operation, housekeeping and adequate resources to enhance efficient function of the department
- Ensure prompt service with enthusiastic working attitude.
- Exercise authority in planning, deployment and scheduling, coordinating and supervision of the department.
- Develop risk management contingency plan in the operation of the department
- Implementing display guideline and planogram
- Complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
