- Schedules travel for company passengers on all modes of transportation, including the company aircraft;
- Schedules ground transportation and accommodations for crewmembers and passengers;
- Schedules company aircraft for flights and maintenance;
- Enters flight times and keeps department flight records;
- Retains passenger manifests and logs for all flights;
- Maintains current information on the location of Asian Corporate Aviation Management aircraft;
- Provides flightcrews with Flight Plan and weather information;
- Arranges aircraft fueling for trips;
- Obtains, for passengers and crewmembers, any necessary landing / overflight permits, slots,and/or visas when flying into and out of foreign countries;
- Selects and arranges Fixed Base Operators (FBOs);
- Assists Flight Attendants with catering orders;
- Assumes any duties delegated by the Head of operations.
- Maintain currency of aircraft-related subscription
- Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
- Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
- Create templates for future use
- Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
- Assist with organizational audits where required
