Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Executive –
Business Development. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth
through the development and execution of sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships through proactive engagement with local and international clients, expanding the service portfolio and creating value-added solutions for them.
- Handle inbound inquiries promptly and accurately through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, or social media messages.
- Maintain and monitor the sales log to ensure diligent follow-up with prospects and measure conversion rates against growth targets.
- Prepare service quotations and confirmations according to client requirements, providing necessary clarifications.
- Attend trade shows and networking events to expand and grow the business.
- Conduct sales presentations to prospects or seminars.
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to identify, build, and expand the company’s client base. Conduct market research to source leads, including cold calling and sales pitches, aiming to drive revenue growth.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients to address their concerns, gather information, and relay client feedback to improve service quality and propose solutions for any issues.
- Participate in strategic discussions with management on business planning activities to drive revenue, achieve client satisfaction, and enhance company visibility.
Requirements:
- Minimum A Level or Diploma.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating and communication skills. Self-starter individual with the ability to use his/her own initiative to achieve results.
- Commitment to quality in performing required tasks in a timely manner. Positive attitude, detail-minded and organized.
