RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide after-sales service support, installation, commissioning and repair of laboratory/ research/ analytical equipments
- Provide technical consultation to customers
- To respond to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems and take corrective actions within targeted timeline
- To prepare service reports
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Able to work independently and a team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with good business acumen
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience in service / maintenance
- Understanding of refrigeration system & robotic liquid handling equipment will be an advantage
- Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage
