- Oversee the operations of infrastructure components, supporting end user and application systems.
- Assist with actual Disaster Recovery and Disaster Recovery exercise.
- Overall responsible to liaise with the third-party maintenance contractor for IT infrastructure hardware replacement.
- Perform asset management for systems.
- Manage incident and problem for system related issues.
- Perform capacity planning.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and service level.
- Operationalisation of Application Performance Monitoring Tools.
- Take over Infrastructure and Systems standard operating procedures.
- Performance/availability monitoring from ICT Infrastructure Engineer upon commissioning and completion of PGP.
