The opportunity
Do you enjoy speaking to people and are you ready to be a vital part of a leading force in the pharmaceutical industry? Teva is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales (Temporary till Dec 2024) to join our team and make a meaningful impact.
In this role, you will be responsible to support Sales Representatives to promote/close sales for ESTABLISHED PRODUCTS & work closely in providing information/follow-ups on all products.
How you’ll spend your day
- Contact targeted HCPs/Clinics by telephone to promote & sell ESTABLISHED products via up-sell and cross-sell (as per the work-plan provided by the respective sales representatives)
- Follow the scripted sales pitch and record customer details including feedback to the product or service offered, sales lead and enquiries on excel (format provided) and communicate to the respective sales representatives by end of each day.
- Provide pricing details to HCP’s/Clinics based on the guidance provided.
- Handle customer queries as the FAQ.
- Follow through the sales order processes end to end and follow-up until the products are delivered to the respective customers. This includes orders provided by the respective sales representatives.
- Review the orders daily via the Sales Order Report to ensure all orders were captured and processed and any missed / error in orders to be rectified immediately.
- Follow all processes as per the Compliance SoPs.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results where applicable.
- Communicate proactively to supervisor to address any day-to-day concerns/issues/problems.
Your experience and qualifications
- Completed Secondary Education
- Minimum 2 yrs of relevant work experience in In/Out-bound calls to HCPs/Clinic promotions or tele-sales.
- Proficiency in relevant updated computer applications and telephony system ( esp. excel spreadsheet)
- Understand basic sales principles/sales plan.
- Fluent in written & verbal English
- Good communication skills
