As a Clerical Assistant, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Make outgoing phone calls as necessary to support various office functions.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping:Input data into databases and ensure accuracy.
Maintain and update records, ensuring they are accurate and easily accessible.
- Inventory and Supplies Management:Monitor and order office supplies.
Keep track of inventory and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Support to Staff:Assist with various office projects and tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Provide general support to employees as needed.
