Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
- Meeting with clients and discussing legal matters with them
- Reviewing land registry documents
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and leases related to property transactions
- Handle and advising clients full range conveyancing matters such as purchase & sales, development projects, mortgages, transfers, leases, powers of attorney, stamp duties and etc. for HDB residential properties, HDB shophouses, private residential properties and commercial/industrial/JTC properties
- Assisting senior lawyers with complex cases
- Developing legal strategies for clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Valid license to practice law
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous, well-organized and can work well under time constraints
- Qualified solicitors with no experience in Conveyancing work are also invited to apply
