Job Description
• Supervise building CCTV & security system.
• Ensure compliance with CCTV Code & Security requirements.
• Conduct daily check on installation works.
• Conduct coordination work with other trades.
• Assure compliance to code of practice.
• Understand of CCTV & security system operation & function.
• Prepare & submit permit to work application.
• Assist operation & construction team on site activities related to Fire & security system.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
· Degree in Construction Facility Management or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA.
· Possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills and a leader to influence.
· Efficient, Good Analytical Skills and Able to work independently.
· Experience in a marine construction company is favorable.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.
· Able to start work immediately or short notice.
