Director of Racket Sports Education - Padel

Roles

This role requires a combination of:

• on court coaching,
• coach and program development,
• curriculum development,
• management of coaches and players
• event and sponsorship management.

This person will increase the quality and base of professional coaching and program offerings from our MBP SPORTS cbd location and set a sustainable model for development of Racket Sports (in Particular Padel) in the Singapore and S E Asian region.

Responsibilities

On Court Coaching:

1. Deliver customised Padel Programs to players of all skill levels exclusively from our Padel Site at Marina Square.
2. Assist other coaches deliver customised coaching programs to players of all skill levels
3. Oversee all player development and coaching of Padel at MBP SPORTS existing and upcoming racket sports sites.
4. Create and participate in Pro Am Corporate events for racket sports

Coach and Program Development:

1. Develop, deliver and train others to deliver quality padel related ratings, ladders and site tournaments
2. Conduct coaching clinics, and workshops for trainees, coaches, teachers and players
3. Develop and deliver quality pathways linking MBP SPORTS Coaching Methodology, International best Practices and SMART educational model to coaches and teachers of all levels.

• Curriculum Development:

1. Assist CEO to refine and deliver MBP SPORTS Coaching Methodology and certifications to existing and trainee "teacher - coaches" from novice to elite.
2. Oversee Player ratings and pathway development of Racket sports (in particular the sport of padel) to all MBP SPORTS sites
3. Refine and Deliver all facets of the MBP SPORTS Coaching Methodology and adapt existing Tennis Pathways to meet and exceed International standards.

Management of Coaches and Players:

1. Manage all scheduling of Coaching to match teacher-coaches to clients
2. oversee all pathway development for players from novice to elite -particularly transitioning players between Tennis, Pickleball and Padel.

Event and Sponsorship Management:

1. Assist in planning all Racket sport site events for MBP SPORTS sites
2. Assist in sourcing, negotiating and overseeing managemenet of all racket sports Sponsorships.
