The Aon Global Client Network (AGCN) provides high-quality risk and insurance advisory and placement services to some of the largest multinationals in the world. The successful candidate will co-service major accounts with the Team Leader and provide services for a portfolio of inward global accounts with the following key responsibilities:
1. Local Client Advisory and Broking Services
- Represent as the client relationship manager for local clients
- Discover client’s needs in a holistic manner
- Set service scope and expectations
- Advise client on risk management and general insurance issues and offer potential solutions
- Advise on local statutory insurance requirements
- Design, place, renew and manage insurance programs across various Property and Casualty lines
- Ensure policy administration matters are carried out accurately and timely, including invoicing and collection
- Review insurance program performance, perform claims analysis and offer risk improvement recommendations where possible
- Review the client’s contractual insurance requirements
2. Multinational Client Servicing
- Collaborate with overseas Aon Producing Offices to service local operations of multinational companies
- Act as Regional Coordinator for major accounts with operations in APAC
- Setting service scope and fee according to AGCN guidelines and tools
- Coordinate with and report to Aon Producing Offices
- Administer covers provided by the global insurance programs
- Utilize IT platforms for global account management
- Communicate client’s global risk management philosophy to local client
3. Implementing Aon United Solutions
- Propose solutions across risk, insurance other solution spaces that Aon offers
- Engage various Aon business units, specialties and regional resources to deliver appropriate Aon United solutions for clients
- Keep to date on Aon IQ and a wide range of cutting-edge solutions across all Aon business units
4. Achieve organic business growth target within the existing portfolio

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma. General Insurance academic qualifications, ACII would be advantageous.
- At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 3 of which in the Singapore insurance industry
- Independent, proactive, efficient, adaptable to changes
- Meticulous and able to multi-task, a strong team player
- Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
- Possess good analytical mind with strong business acumen
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
