QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years’ hands-on QC experience, preferably in a manufacturing/workshop environment.
- Proficient in interpreting mechanical/schematic drawings.
- Familiar with the usage of commonly-usedbQC testing/measuring instruments.
- Strong verbal and written English, and able to generate QC reports in good English.
- Organised, methodical, meticulous, pro-active.
- Able to follow through with colleagues and vendors in a firm manner to ensure quality requirements are upheld and faults rectified.
- Responsible, a team player, able to communicate and integrate well in an international environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform product inspections to ensure that they conform to all specifications and procedures.
- Perform Incoming inspections, In-Process inspections, and Final inspections prior to delivery.
- Prepare QC reports.
- Communicate internally and with vendors on product faults, and follow up to ensure rectification.
- Ensure ISO/QEHS compliance for QC matters.
