Responsibilities
- The primary responsibility will be to design, configure, and optimize SailPoint IdentityIQ to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Perform lifecycle activities for Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML), file, and user permissions, maintaining a consistent and efficient delivery approach.
- Prioritize and handle Service Requests and inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks and responses.
- Remediate incidents and escalate to relevant teams when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to policies and standards while completing all tasks and duties.
- Maintain accurate audit trails to support internal and external audits.
- Monitor service levels and provide reports to the Head of IAM.
- Assist in information collection, preparation, and reviews to support audit, certification, and access remediation.
- Produce comprehensive IAM documentation suitable for various stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate IAM services, standards, processes, and documentation to identify areas for improvement and drive the function's development.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Information Security and Risk Management
- IAM solutions, standards, and processes.
- IAM lifecycle, including request and approval, provisioning, certification, toxic combinations, and privileged access management.
- Role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege, and permissions management.
- Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and ITIL systems and tools.
- Expertise in SailPoint
- Experience working in an IAM operational function in the financial services sector
