Identity and Access Management Consultant (SailPoint)

Responsibilities

  • The primary responsibility will be to design, configure, and optimize SailPoint IdentityIQ to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Perform lifecycle activities for Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML), file, and user permissions, maintaining a consistent and efficient delivery approach.
  • Prioritize and handle Service Requests and inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks and responses.
  • Remediate incidents and escalate to relevant teams when necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and standards while completing all tasks and duties.
  • Maintain accurate audit trails to support internal and external audits.
  • Monitor service levels and provide reports to the Head of IAM.
  • Assist in information collection, preparation, and reviews to support audit, certification, and access remediation.
  • Produce comprehensive IAM documentation suitable for various stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate IAM services, standards, processes, and documentation to identify areas for improvement and drive the function's development.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Information Security and Risk Management
  • IAM solutions, standards, and processes.
  • IAM lifecycle, including request and approval, provisioning, certification, toxic combinations, and privileged access management.
  • Role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege, and permissions management.
  • Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and ITIL systems and tools.
  • Expertise in SailPoint
  • Experience working in an IAM operational function in the financial services sector
