Job Responsibilities :
- Manage the Cabin & Safety cell to ensure SCS Quality and EHS standard application
- Ensure all working procedures, applicable document and standards are followed
- Liaise with all supporting function and workshop/production manager to ensure tooling and test equipment is in good condition
- Monitor, review and improve work performance, productivity and efficient workflow in the section, to ensure target TAT and OTD is fulfilled within the cell
- Provide support to team members in troubleshooting and any problem solving
- Ensure product knowledge is dispatch to all team members
- Coordinate in technical training and monitor training requirements for the section.
- Provide to team up-to-date repair status at daily production meetings
- Perform scrap review with Engineering and dispatch the information to team members
- Implement procedures to improve reliability of component repaired in-house
- Define or manage industrial means sourcing and necessary toolings for shop development
- Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Job requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering
- Holder of relevant CAAS papers.
- Certified approval holder for Oxygen Mask/O2 cylinder and Seat
- Preferred with DOT trained (will be a benefit / training will be provided)
- 3 year of experience in both Pilot and Co-Pilot Oxygen Mask/ O2 cylinder and Seat repair
- Open-minded with leadership skills in building, maintaining and motivating an effective team
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Knowledge of 5S and lean continuous improvement method
