Job Description:
Programme Support
- Assist in overseeing the operations of a smoking/vaping cessation virtual counselling pilot programme for youths aged 13-16.
- Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders including schools and counsellors to ensure smooth execution of pilot programme.
- Handling the logistical aspects of the virtual counselling sessions to ensure that all necessary materials and resources are available for both counsellors and students.
- Communicate with counsellors and provide them with necessary information and support.
- Compile data for programme evaluation and reporting.
- Participate in pilot project development as part of the team
- Support additional tasking or coordination related to the programme during the contract period
Others / Adhoc Duties
- You may be assigned to other adhoc duties by the department. This may include supporting other administrative work.
Working Arrangement:
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Location: Outram Park
Working Hours:
8.30am to 6pm (Monday to Thursday) 8.30am to 5.30pm (Friday)
Salary: $15-17/H
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience
- Experience in programme support, in educational or counselling settings, is preferred.
- Good organisational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
