The successful incumbent will be responsible for the full fledge in Business Partnering activities namely in working closely with business leaders on key HR processes, support implementation of organizational change & transformation projects, driving annual performance review and HR statistics & management reporting. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for HR Operations, expatriate management, talent acquisition and internal communications & events.
Requirements
· Degree with 4 years of HRBP/HR Operations experience OR diploma with 7 years of experience.
· Excellent communication skills with experience in cross functional teams
4 months contract
5 days work week /Central location
