JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design training packages and conduct training for research staff
- Plan lessons/coaching sessions, instructional design, and assessment activities
- Establish metrics to measure the success and impact of training programs and workshops.
- Organize in-person and online coaching and training sessions
- Prototype new approaches in teaching and learning, anchored on evidence-informed practices
- Led and assisted in the design, development, and implementation of post-graduate educational activities, programs, and courses related to early childhood development
- Design, conduct, and report evaluations of training interventions and innovations
The candidate should also possess:
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience
- Prior experience in educational approaches and training courses at the undergraduate/ graduate level will be advantageous;
- Experience in curriculum design and evaluation will be advantageous
- Experienced in adult training/coaching
- Willingness to travel to various regions in Singapore for on-site coaching/training and, where necessary, a willingness to work an adjusted schedule for any training conducted outside of regular office hours.
- Willingness to undertake further training in coaching strategies and research-related activities
- A team player with the ability to work independently.
