Required Skills:
The Project Coordinator will assist the Program Manager in driving essential project activities. This role is pivotal in supporting the Agile team with change management, streamlining system processes, formalizing SIT strategies, and coordinating end-to-end UAT
- A deep understanding of Agile principles and their application in workplace culture.
- Proficiency in digital technologies and current development trends.
- Proven leadership skills in driving project activities from concept to execution to completion.
- High enthusiasm and motivation to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment with the ability to adapt to change.
- Exceptional collaboration, listening, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate with the Agile team, management, and IT teams
- Assist the Program Manager in managing project activities
- Collaborate with the Agile team to support and implement necessary changes during SIT and UAT phases
- Streamline and improve system processes across integrated systems
- Develop and formalize SIT test strategies and scenarios
- Coordinate and steer SIT across Centers of Competence (CoC) applications
- Manage end-to-end coordination of market UAT
- Address and manage issues, items, bugs, and change requests emerging from SIT/UAT
- Handle escalations with all stakeholders effectively
