- Present at designated HR Concierge desk and assist staff with queries
- Take down messages and convey to intended HR staffs accordingly
- Direct queries to the relevant personnel such as HR Business Partner, HR Staffing, or HR Services etc.
- Prepare and Issue company's Corporate Passes.
- Ensure corporate passes are returned within the stipulated time.
- Call and remind staffs, if required for staffs, who are late for collection or return of corporate passes.
- Prepare name tags for promotees
- Perform Mailroom Duties.
- Handle all matters relating to the HR collaterals and welcome kit. This includes but is not limited to managing the inventory, ordering of supplies and keeping stock of items.
- Any other duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in HR or equivalent
- With 1 to 2 years of experiences as a receptionist / HR Concierge
- Able to commit to 1 year contract, renewable position
- Working hours: Monday Thursday (8:30am 6pm) & Friday (8:30am 5:30pm)
- Salary up to $3000
