Ethos BeathChapman is collaborating with a multinational Japanese FMCG company seeking an Engineer to join their team in Singapore. The role involves contributing to the delivery of innovative, high-quality electronic devices, including flagship products, and providing technical support to third-party manufacturing partners to ensure consistent production and quality.
Role:
- Technical Guidance and support on 3rd party vendors, addressing problems that arise during production.
- Set up and maintain Quality control standards to prevent or minimize production delays and defects.
- Work closely on enchantment of product quality and manufacturing process.
- Improvement of workflow processes and efficiency within manufacturing plant.
Qualification:
- Electrical or Mechanical background with minimum of 5 years of working experience.
- EMS experience required (Must have worked with electronics with Batteries - Smartwatches, phone, Audio devices)
- Flexible working hours (50% In office, 50% WFH)
- Frequency of Travelling: 20%.
- Mandarin Speaking preferred for internal & external communications and engagement
