Job Description & Requirements
- Oversee all fabrications project and conduct quality inspection
- Inspect outgoing delivery, ensure finished fabricated products are packed readily and correctly before dispatch to site to avoid missed out items
- Oversee all fabrication workers, lead, train, mentor and develop workers
- Instill good quality control practices into fabrication process
- Provide Technical Advisory To Draftsment
- Check approved detail drawing, clarify with relevant draftmens if in doubts
- Well aware and control of inventory stocks level
~ Min 5 years experiences in Aluminium industry
~ Apply system index to manage production process flow.
~ Assist in implementation of improvement projects.
~ Develop and implement training plan for production staff.
~ Enforce practices of good safety culture and good manufacturing practices.
~ Ensure availability of resources to fulfill shipment and cycle time.
~ Ensure the robustness of processes with process control tools.
~ Highlight issues that affect output and operations.
~ Identify opportunity for continuous improvement projects.
~ Maintain good housekeeping in the production area.
~ Perform training for production staff.
~ Supervise manufacturing work for workplace safety and health compliance.
~ Supervise production operations.
