It serves world-class brand names from different industries from logistics, FMCGs, oil and gas to staffing and manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying, connecting, and engaging with potential customers in mid-market segments
- Develop and execute sales strategy for effective penetration of the Southeast Asian market. Proactively generate leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic networking.
- Actively pursuing new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop a deep understanding of our workforce management fintech solution to tailor it to each client's specific needs.
- Closing sales deals, exceeding monthly and quarterly targets, and negotiating terms effectively.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to refine your sales approach.
- Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities. Deliver insightful reports and forecasts to guide sales strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Sales within SaaS / IT services companies / HR Software Systems is compulsory.
- Completed end-to-end full cycle project from lead generation to closures.
- Demonstrate a history of exceeding sales goals and achieving outstanding results.
- Think strategically and solve problems with resourcefulness.
- Possess a deep understanding of SaaS solutions and a proven track record of success in selling them.
- Be highly goal-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
