Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the business development plan to generate incremental revenue.
- Identify, evaluate and execute new business opportunities aligned with the Centre's strategy.
- Develop strategies for breaking into new and existing markets.
- Develop strategic partnerships to create revenue generation opportunities for the Centre's products and services.
- Use analytics tools to assess viable business development opportunities by leveraging internal and external data.
- Use data to plan and review market development and emerging trends Leverages emerging trends to find business development opportunities.
- Ensure that existing customers’ needs are met and create a pipeline of repeat customers.
- Conduct market surveillance and intelligence to collate and use data to plan and review market development and emerging trends.
- Leverage emerging trends to find business development opportunities.
Sales & Marketing
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand the Company's strengths and value proposition to develop sales strategies to drive sustainable and profitable growth.
- Formulate the marketing strategy and plan which align with the overall sales and business development strategy.
- Develop sales schemes and campaigns to achieve sales targets and strategic objectives.
- Promote corporate image and act as the brand ambassador for the Centre and the Company, where applicable.
- Set, monitor and grow brand visibility to achieve market share targets.
- Develop strategies for lead generation, monitoring, and conversion.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in relevant discipline.
- Able to develop, articulate and present a sound business plan and strategy.
- Able to do market opportunity identification and assessment.
- Familiar with business development and sales forecasting skills.
- Familiar with business financial management.
- Familiar with new product development process.
- Possesses good market research skills.
- Possess a good understanding of relevant marketing models and methodologies.
