Job Description
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the store
- Motivate, guide, and lead a team of sales associates
- Drive customer-centric approaches and boost sales opportunities to achieve monthly target
- Provide excellent service and promote the stylish brand and lifestyle fashion to our customers
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively respond to customers' enquiries
- Support store operations by providing regular updates and reporting to the Store Manager
- Be a positive force to promote team collaborations and workplace culture
Requirements
- 2 years of retail management and sales experience; Applicants with experience in leading quick fashion or sportswear brands is an added advantage
- Energetic, pleasant personality with a passion for customer service
- Emotionally resilient with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to go the extra mile
