Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Operations Management:
- Lead and oversee Supply Chain (SC) operations in Singapore, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the operation.
- Provide strategic direction and operational guidance to achieve business objectives
2. Roll-out of Automotive Related Services:
- Take charge of the roll-out of Automotive related services such as IATF, VDA, TISAX, ASPICE, and ISO 21434 in the SEA region.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and successful implementation of standards
3. Support to Certification Body (CB):
- Provide expertise and support to the Certification Body (CB) of TN CERT, offering guidance and assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth certification processes.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in relevant fields (Engineering, Automotive Technology, Business Administration, etc.).
- Over 10 years of experience as a manager in IATF business under VDA-accreditation, demonstrating a deep understanding of automotive industry standards and best practices.
- Valid appointment as an IATF Auditor, showcasing the ability to assess and ensure compliance with automotive standards.
- Proven experience in implementing automotive related services such as TISAX, ASPICE, and ISO 21434, with a comprehensive understanding ofindustry-specific requirements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successfully implementing complex operational initiatives.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Strong domain knowledge and experience in Cyber security and IT related services.
- This role involves frequent travel, approximately 50% of the time
