- Assist designated airlines with transporting special passengers (NTL- Not To Land, UM - Unaccompanied Minor, Deportee, Offload) to and fro the immigration office and flight gates at Changi Airport.
- Assist designated airlines with completion and submission of flight documents/administrative work.
- Assist and transport passengers requiring special assistance (hearing/visually impaired passengers) at Changi Airport.
- To identify passenger's name, flight information, date, and special service request details, to ensure special needs passengers are taken to the correct destination.
- To communicate and liase with airline staff, immigration officers and other airport staff when required.
- Attend to passengers' enquiries and provide passengers with an excellent customer service experience.
- Be compliant and adhere to SOP and safety standards.
- Any other ad hoc matters assigned by management.
- Ability to read, write and converse in English.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Adaptable to change and a good team player.
- Physically fit and comfortable with walking long distances.
- Comfortable with basic paperwork.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced working environment.
- Training will be provided, no experience needed.
- May be required to do overtime (OT), when needed.
