Job Description:

  • Prepare and cook Thai speciality stir-fry dishes using the company's standard recipes.
  • Ensure that all prepared food meets the required standards.
  • Maintain quality control and presentation of the dishes.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures.
  • Properly handle and store all food items according to NEA regulations.
  • Prepare and cook customer orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Understand and comply with mandatory hygiene standards and requirements.
  • Assist with dishwashing duties.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head Chef.

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant experience, particularly in Thai restaurants, is an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
