Job Description:
- Prepare and cook Thai speciality stir-fry dishes using the company's standard recipes.
- Ensure that all prepared food meets the required standards.
- Maintain quality control and presentation of the dishes.
- Adhere to all safety procedures.
- Properly handle and store all food items according to NEA regulations.
- Prepare and cook customer orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Understand and comply with mandatory hygiene standards and requirements.
- Assist with dishwashing duties.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head Chef.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience, particularly in Thai restaurants, is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
