About the role:
“Execution is the strategy”. As EDGE Merchandiser you will be responsible for Sustenir’s Every Day Great Execution (EDGE) in sales operations. This involves collaborating with our retail partners to ensure our shoppers can gain access to our quality produce with ease. The result: unlocking growth with our retail partners.

Reporting into: Head of Sales
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Sales Operations (EDGE)
a. Partner retail outlet operations teams to win in retail space
b. Inspire EDGE team to achieve Sales ambition, including EDGE key performance indicators
c. On-ground intelligence gathering of competitors, outlets and initiatives
2. Key Customer Activations
a. Execute Sales activities agreed, as directed by EDGE Executive
Essential:
· Singaporean or PR is a must
· 1-2 years of relevant Sales Operations experience
· Pleasant personality to build positive relationships with customers (in stores) and firm to execute strategy
· Passion to win, can-do spirit and enjoys learning new skills
· Strong team player
Desirable:
Experience in partnering with retailers in Singapore is an advantage
