Responsibilities:
- Assist sales with the development of client solution proposals.
- Conduct technical presentations to clients, including online or onsite product demonstrations and technical product training, process and responding to RFPs.
- Liaise with HQ to ensure that all products and solutions are performed both functionally and technologically.
- Prospects and ensure effective learning and engaging with the customer required solution.
- Product feedback with new solution requirements from clients to lead collaboration.
- Responsible for technical inquiries from potential customers and channel partners with beneficial solution proposals.

- Initiate and capable of problem-solving.
- Effectively oversee various priorities with precise timelines.
- A good mix of technical ability and customer interaction skills is preferred.

- Able to travel on short notice.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Experience in networking and software is critical.
· Professional Certificate Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Telecommunication), Information Technology, Computing or equivalent.
· 2nd language ability preferred to communicate and liaise with HQ.
- Preferred experience with IP-based networks and understanding of Network and Application Management protocols,including Server (UNIX or Linux).
- Additional experience in security, Storage and Video technologies is highly desirable.
- Experiences in C++, and Java programming, will be an advantage.
- Three year
sof industry or technical experience (network engineer, network administrator, system administrator or similar surveillance / IT-related job function)
